Each of our ProcessConsulting engagements is a well controlled investment for a longer term benefit. From gathering evidence, developing strategies and plans, testing ideas and exploring options, we’ll support change management at operational levels right through implementation into review.

The ProcessConsulting model
Step 1: Initial contact.
- You let us know your requirements, in broad terms, by direct email
- If you are unsure - then we can talk about it (no commitment)

Step 2: Fact Find
- We carry out some desk research on your business
- If we can’t help we may suggest alternative routes
- Otherwise - we’ll arrange a ‘detail visit’ (real / virtual)
Step 3: Detail Visit
- We’ll need to gather some data (qualitative and quantitative), and
- Together sort out the ‘terms of reference’ for the project.
Step 4: Proposal
- This will offer to carry out the specified task
- In the specified manner
- By the specified deadline
- For the specified price - which already includes travel & expenses
Step 5: Engagement
- When you say ‘go’ - we get on with it.
Step 6: Review & Closure
- Together we review what has been achieved
- And sign-off the project.
Reality Check:
- You can talk with us, from Step 1 day 1, in confidence and without commitment.
- We will need something more ‘formal’ at Step 5.
- Our baseline day rate is £750. No secrets, no surprises.
- Very few projects go all the way through with the ‘terms of reference’ unchanged.
- So the simple solution is that we work through any changes systematically (by revisiting Step 3 onwards).
